I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 3–7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

The shipping time will vary depending on the fulfillment center from which the product is made.

• Average transit times to Canada: 5 – 7 business days

• Average transit times internationally: 10 – 30 business days

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes! We provide tracking for every order. Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Since each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe, tracking information will be available for all items once they are dispatched.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you are able to cancel your order without any penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email moses@magtronictech.com or contact us via our Contact Us page. Simply send us an email with the subject line "Cancel" to initiate the process.
