Refund policy

At Magtronic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item should be unworn or unused.

  • The product must have tags and be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we’ll work quickly to make things right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the right item, we recommend returning your product and, once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You can return or cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. As with our regular return policy, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, we will refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
